Welcome to Alpine Seekers! By booking a trek with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking & Payments
1.1 Booking Confirmation:

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of registration.

The remaining balance must be paid before the trek starts.
1.2 Payment Methods:

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and UPI.

International bookings may be subject to additional transaction charges.
1.3 Price Changes & Adjustments:

Prices mentioned on our website are subject to change due to external factors such as government policies, fuel prices, and inflation.

Once your booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon price remains unchanged unless extraordinary circumstances arise.
2. Participant Requirements
2.1 Physical & Medical Fitness:

Trekkers must be physically fit and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or past injuries before booking.

Certain high-altitude treks may require medical certificates to ensure the participant is fit for the activity.
2.2 Age Limitations:

The minimum age for trekking is [Age Limit].

Participants below 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who assumes full responsibility for them.
2.3 Health & Safety Precautions:

Participants must carry their prescribed medications and inform the trek leader of any health concerns.

High-altitude treks require acclimatization, and trekkers should be aware of the symptoms of altitude sickness.
3. Safety, Conduct & Trek Rules
3.1 Compliance with Trek Leader’s Instructions:

Participants must follow the trek leader’s instructions at all times.

Straying from the designated route is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Substance Use Policy:

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants is strictly prohibited during the trek.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the trek, without a refund.
3.3 Environmental Responsibility:

Littering is strictly prohibited. Participants must dispose of waste responsibly or carry it back.

Campfires may not be allowed in certain areas to protect the ecosystem.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 Personal Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made for personal reasons will follow our Refund Policy (detailed below).
4.2 Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

If the trek is canceled due to natural calamities, political unrest, or safety concerns, we will issue a trek voucher valid for one year.

No cash refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Liabilities & Responsibilities
5.1 Assumption of Risk:

Trekking involves risks, including injuries, altitude sickness, and unpredictable weather.
