To cancel your trek, send an email to [Your Email Address] with your booking details.
2. Cancellation by Us Due to Unforeseen Events

If we cancel a trek due to natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, we will provide a trek voucher instead of a refund.

This voucher will be valid for one year and can be used for any future trek.
3. Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons
No Cash Refunds will be provided. Instead, a voucher will be issued based on the following conditions:

30 Days or More Before Trek: Full booking amount in the form of a voucher.

20–29 Days Before Trek: 50% of the booking amount deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as a voucher.

Less Than 20 Days Before Trek: No voucher will be issued.
