Itinerary

Day 1: Dehradun to Naitwar Village (Drive – 200 km | 7-8 hrs)
  • Begin your journey early from Dehradun with a scenic drive through the towns of Rishikesh, Uttarkashi, and the charming village of Naitwar.

  • Enjoy the views of the Yamuna River and the surrounding hills as you travel through the foothills of the Himalayas.

  • Arrive at Naitwar village by evening and check into your guesthouse or homestay.

  • Overnight stay in Naitwar.

Day 2: Naitwar Village to Seema Village (Trek – 10 km)
  • After breakfast, begin your trek to Seema village, a beautiful and remote settlement located at the base of the Himalayas.

  • The trail gradually ascends through thick oak and pine forests, passing by small streams and meadows.

  • The trek offers beautiful views of the surrounding peaks and valleys, as well as a chance to spot some local wildlife.

  • Arrive at Seema village by afternoon, where you’ll camp overnight.

  • Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the village and the stunning mountain views.

  • Overnight camping at Seema village.

Day 3: Seema Village to Gartang Gali and Return (Trek – 12 km)
  • Start the day with an exciting trek to Gartang Gali, a historical military route.

  • The trail involves traversing wooden pathways carved into the mountainside, offering a thrilling experience.

  • As you walk along the ridge, take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges, valleys, and the rugged terrain below.

  • Reach Gartang Gali and explore the historical significance of the location, once used for trade between India and Tibet.

  • After spending some time exploring the area, begin your return journey to Seema village.

  • Overnight camping at Seema village.
Day 4: Seema Village to Naitwar Village (Trek – 10 km) and Drive Back to Dehradun (Drive – 200 km | 7-8 hrs)
  • After breakfast, begin your descent back to Naitwar village, retracing your steps through the picturesque forested trail.

  • Once you reach Naitwar, enjoy some time to relax and refresh before your drive back to Dehradun.

  • Begin your drive back to Dehradun, reflecting on the memorable journey through the historical and scenic trail.

  • Reach Dehradun by evening, marking the end of your Gartang Gali Trek.
Day 5: Noila Thatch to Daldhar (Trek – 7 km)
  • Descend back to Daldhar following the same scenic trail.

     

  • Camp amidst forested beauty.
Day 6: Daldhar to Bhitri and drive back to Sankri (Trek – 5 km | Drive – 1 hr)
  • Trek back to Bhitri and drive to Sankri.

     

  • Enjoy local food and rest.
Day 7: Sankri to Dehradun (Drive – 200 km | 8-9 hrs)
  • Depart early for Dehradun.

     

  • Reach by evening with unforgettable memories.

  • Breakfast: Wake-up Tea/Coffee, Biscuits, Aloo Paratha with Achaar, Boiled Egg, Bread with Butter/Jam, Fresh Fruits.

  • Lunch: Roti/Chapati, Rice/Chawal, Manchurian Rice, Salad, Dal (Rajma/Mixed Dal), Mixed-Veg, Kofta Curry.

  • Snacks: Tea/Coffee, Pakoda, Finger Chips, Veg Cutlet, Maggi, Soup, Popcorn.

  • If we cancel the trek due to unexpected situations like natural disasters, floods, or political unrest, we will issue a trek voucher instead of a refund. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for the same or a different trek.

     

Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons:

If you cancel your trek for personal reasons, the following policy applies:

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, a voucher will be issued.

  • Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Trek: A voucher for the full booking amount will be issued.

  • Cancellation 20–29 Days Before Trek: 50% of the booking amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be provided as a voucher.

  • Cancellation Less Than 20 Days Before Trek: No voucher will be issued.
