The journey to Kedarnath offers a blend of spirituality and natural beauty. Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Preparation – Haridwar/Rishikesh to Guptkashi
  • We pick you up from Haridwar/Rishikesh and drive towards Guptkashi.
  • Along the way, we make sure you experience the beautiful landscapes and spiritual sites like Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Augustmuni.
  • On arrival in Guptkashi, we check you into a comfortable hotel.
  • Our team will brief you on the trek, packing essentials, and safety guidelines.
  • Optional: Visit Vishwanath Temple and explore the local area.
  • Enjoy a wholesome dinner and rest for the exciting journey ahead.
Day 2: The Trek Begins – Guptkashi to Kedarnath
  • Early morning, we drive you to Sonprayag and assist with transportation to Gaurikund.
  • Gaurikund is the trek starting point, and our experienced trek guides will be with you throughout the journey.
  • If you prefer a pony or palki, we help arrange it for you.
  • As you trek, we ensure frequent rest stops, hydration breaks, and assistance to keep you comfortable.
  • Reach Kedarnath, check into a guesthouse/camp, and attend the magical evening aarti at the temple.
  • Enjoy a well-earned dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 3: Temple Darshan & Return Journey
  • Early morning, we guide you to the temple for the Abhishek Puja (optional).
  • After darshan, we help you prepare for the trek back to Gaurikund.
  • Our team ensures that your return trek is smooth and comfortable.
  • On reaching Gaurikund, we drive you back to Guptkashi for a relaxing stay.
  • Enjoy dinner and a good night’s rest.
Day 4: Departure – Heading Back with Divine Blessings
  • After breakfast, we arrange your journey back to Haridwar/Rishikesh, ensuring a safe and smooth drop-off.
  • The trip ends with unforgettable memories and divine blessings.

  • You can drive or take a bus to Guptkashi/Sonprayag, where our team will guide you further.

Initiating Cancellation:

Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Events:
  • If we cancel the trek due to unexpected situations like natural disasters, floods, or political unrest, we will issue a trek voucher instead of a refund. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for the same or a different trek.

     

Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons:

If you cancel your trek for personal reasons, the following policy applies:

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, a voucher will be issued.

  • Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Trek: A voucher for the full booking amount will be issued.

  • Cancellation 20–29 Days Before Trek: 50% of the booking amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be provided as a voucher.

  • Cancellation Less Than 20 Days Before Trek: No voucher will be issued.
