Rental Duration: All gear rentals are priced for a period of 5 to 7 days.
If your trek exceeds this duration, additional daily charges will apply.

Damage & Loss: Any damaged, lost, or broken items must be compensated.
A payout or replacement fee will be charged as per the item’s value.

Clean & Return: Please return the gear clean and in usable condition.
A cleaning fee may be charged for excessively dirty or soiled equipment.

Advance Booking: Gear must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup.
It will be refunded after inspection of the returned gear.

Pickup & Drop-off: Gear can be picked up from our office or delivered (on request).
Delivery charges may apply depending on the location.

Responsibility: You are responsible for the gear from the time you receive it until it is returned.
Use the gear responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
