Itinerary

Day 1: Dehradun to Sankri (Drive – 200 km | 8-9 hrs)
  • Begin the journey with an early morning drive from Dehradun.

  • Enjoy scenic views while passing through Mussoorie, Purola, and Mori, following the Tons River.

  • Arrive at Sankri by evening and settle into a guesthouse or homestay for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Sankri to Taluka (Drive – 12 km | 1 hr) and trek to Datmir (Trek – 7 km)
  • After a short drive to Taluka, begin your trek through dense forests and meadows, crossing streams and lush pastures.

  • Reach Datmir, a beautiful campsite where you’ll camp for the night, surrounded by tranquil nature.

Day 3: Datmir to Vijay Top Base Camp (Trek – 8 km)
  • Start your ascent towards Vijay Top Base Camp, passing through oak and rhododendron forests.

  • As you gain altitude, enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.

  • Arrive at the base camp, where you’ll spend the night camping under the stars.

Day 4: Vijay Top Base Camp to Vijay Top Summit and back (Trek – 10 km)
  • Set out early in the morning for the summit of Vijay Top.

  • The summit offers breathtaking views of the Swargarohini, Kalanag, and Bandarpoonch peaks, along with the beautiful valleys below.

  • After spending some time at the summit, descend back to the base camp for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Vijay Top Base Camp to Datmir (Trek – 8 km)
  • Retrace your steps back to Datmir, descending through the same scenic trail.

  • Camp overnight at Datmir, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and fresh air.
Day 6: Datmir to Taluka and drive back to Sankri (Trek – 7 km | Drive – 1 hr)
  • Continue your trek back to Taluka, where you’ll take a short drive back to Sankri.

  • Enjoy a relaxing evening in Sankri, with some local food to refuel.

Day 7: Sankri to Dehradun (Drive – 200 km | 8-9 hrs)
  • After breakfast, drive back to Dehradun, reflecting on the incredible experiences from your trek.

  • Reach Dehradun by evening and conclude your journey with unforgettable memories of the Vijay Top Trek.

  • Breakfast: Wake-up Tea/Coffee, Biscuits, Aloo Paratha with Achaar, Boiled Egg, Bread with Butter/Jam, Fresh Fruits.

  • Lunch: Roti/Chapati, Rice/Chawal, Manchurian Rice, Salad, Dal (Rajma/Mixed Dal), Mixed-Veg, Kofta Curry.

  • Snacks: Tea/Coffee, Pakoda, Finger Chips, Veg Cutlet, Maggi, Soup, Popcorn.

Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Events:
  • If we cancel the trek due to unexpected situations like natural disasters, floods, or political unrest, we will issue a trek voucher instead of a refund. This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for the same or a different trek.

     

Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons:

If you cancel your trek for personal reasons, the following policy applies:

  • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, a voucher will be issued.

  • Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Trek: A voucher for the full booking amount will be issued.

  • Cancellation 20–29 Days Before Trek: 50% of the booking amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be provided as a voucher.

  • Cancellation Less Than 20 Days Before Trek: No voucher will be issued.
